bolttech Device Protection Program is a great way for you to provide your customers with extended warranty for their product purchases.

bolttech acts as a service provider for you to provide extended warranty coverage to your customers for a coverage period of 6-month, 12-month or 24-month beyond any manufacturer’s warranty. It mirrors original manufacturer warranty which covers inherent mechanical and/or electrical defects and/or failures.

We would help you service your customer by picking up their device, sending it to repairer, fixing it and picking it up and delivering back to customer. We cover all the repair and logistic costs.

bolttech Device Protection “plug and play” solution is free to download from the Shopify and Magento app stores. It will not cost you a cent if you have not made a sale.

When an extended warranty is sold, you collect the full sale price of extended warranty which is made up of our service fee and your target margin.

bolttech charges your account once a month for our service fee on the value of your extended warranty sold. You always keep 100% of your margin, the extra revenue you make on top of our service fee.

Depending on your e-commerce platform, our integration can take as little as 5 minutes. We have build integration plugins for Magento 2 and Shopify (with others being released soon). You run your store as normal, the extended warranty would be a “plug and play” add-on to your product.

If you don't use Magento 2 or Shopify, then integration can be completed quite easily by a web developer using our REST API and software SDK's.

You can use our dashboard to set your offerings to optimise prices to increase your conversions and margin.
